~ Pizzalicious Family ~

Yummy yum yum..!!*rubbing tummy*.. hehehe..My awesome aunts are great cooks and bakers.. hehee.. for this weekend they decided to make our very own Pizza..lolz..it was fun and kinda tiring..!!=)... but the end is just sooo yummilicious that it was worth pounding and folding..=)..

All the preparation had done an hour or so earlier..hehehe we had to leave the yeast to rise.. and also after pounding and rolling the dough we had to leave it to 'rest' and 'rise'... hehehe ... I was in charge in the pounding and folding part.. aiyo, hahaha .. it was kinda exhausting and slightly muscle aching.. but its a great way to release ur stress hahaha  .. and i had fun doing it ... and all the hard work showed when the dough rise almost 3 to 4 times .!! Yippee!!

While we wait for the dough to rise about 30 mins or so, we got ready the topping ingredients, such as cutting  and dicing the onions, capsicum, sausage, olives,mushrooms and not to forget the ultimate ingredient for any pizza....CHEESE anyone?? hahah ... well we had tons of it.. and not to forget Pepperoni..!!!=).. hungry yet?? hahaha ... bet u guys r ..lolz..

Well, after the dough has rested and risen, we roll it out and tried out a few different shapes and styles. We made a classic thin crust, kinda like a naan style of misshape  , our very own STUFFED crust.. and also some petite pizza and a MICK-zone (created by my cousin mick, his interpretation of a calzone)..=)...

The moment it came out of the stove, everyone was soo hungry that we all just kinda attacked the pizza, hence the lack of pictures of finished pizza.. lolz.. but i did capture some of the pizza that we made...=)

Since we had still a small amount of dough left, we kinda decided to try our hands at making a dessert pizza... hahaha ... One side a mixture of honey, chocolate sauce, nuts, marshmallow and banana and the other half mandarin oranges and honey.. Yummy!!!!!.. hehehe .. and so an awesome weekend filled with family fun and yummy food.. Till next time...

XOXOXO,
Me..=)
